Return Policy

We stand behind our product and want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 100 night trial period, so you can try out your sheets and if you are unhappy for any reason you can return them for refund. Please contact us at the email at the bottom of this page; once your request has been received, someone from our customer service team will be in touch right away.

Free US Shipping

We take care of our customers and include free USPS Priority Mail, Flat-rate or Fedex Ground shipping for all orders in the USA. Orders are shipped the day after an order is placed. Most orders on the East Coast arrive within 2 days. We do NOT offer FREE shipping to PO Boxes due to the added cost. If you would like to ship to a PO Box please add USPS 2-3 day shipping at checkout or the order will be declined. 

For our International customers, Please reach out to our customer service email for a shipping quote. Duties and tariffs are not the responsibility of Authenticity 50 and we advise you check with your local Customs office for rates and fees.
