The days are getting shorter, the night air is crisp and all of the trees in your neighborhood are shedding their leaves. Every year Fall not only brings in rich colors and the wonderful aroma of pumpkin spice, but also the perfect feeling of coziness at home. To help you enjoy the season, here are some of our favorite mouth-watering recipes!

Fluffy Pumpkin Pancakes - Taste of Home

It's hard to improve on a breakfast classic like pancakes, but these fluffy pumpkin pancakes are the perfect Fall upgrade to your morning routine. Be sure to serve with butter and maple syrup, it also never hurts to add a few slices of bacon on the side.

Butternut Squash and Ricotta Pizza - Lodge Mfg.

All we can say is YUM to this butternut squash and ricotta pizza! The creamy ricotta and sweet butternut squash are the perfect duo, making it a delicious seasonal take on the traditional pies we're all used to. Even better, it's an easy weeknight dinner, just use a ready-made dough and you're good to go! When you pull it out of the oven, sprinkle freshly grated parmesan on it for good measure.

Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour - Cookie and Kate

Grab a bottle of your favorite whiskey for this Fall twist on the classic sour. If you're feeling a bit patriotic, a bottle of your favorite Kentucky bourbon would be a great substitute. Leave the simple syrup in the cabinet this go around, this festive cocktail is sweetened with maple syrup. Guaranteed to pair well with an evening of fireplace sitting with good company.

Beef & Barley Vegetable Soup - King Arthur Flour

Soup has a special tendency to fill your home with delicious smells while it's simmering. After a long day of raking leaves in the cold, what could be more satisfying than heading inside to enjoy this savory and hearty soup?! Don't be afraid to get creative by switching up some of the ingredients, it's soup after all!

Pumpkin Pie Cobbler - Food52

You no longer have to wait until after Thanksgiving dinner to finally get a slice of momma's pumpkin pie. This cobbler tastes just as good and it's QUICK & EASY to make! Don't waste your time waiting for it to cool after baking, it's better served warm. Add a scoop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to indulge your taste buds even more.
