Shipping nightmare

Twice I have received the wrong size blanket. No phone number to call for a US company is a shame. The last email said they will try to place another order and hope I get the right size. I buy made in the USA to support but their shipping and service leaves a lot to be desired!

While we currently don’t utilize phone support, we are very responsive via email and social media; and have been in contact with you regularly regarding this matter. We understand this has been a very frustrating situation but please be assured we are looking into the issue and hope to resolve this as soon as possible. amazing quality

I'm so impressed with this blanket. I definitely plan on ordering from this company again. My MIL was there when it arrived, and I think she wants to order one as well. It is soft, yet it seems (I hope) durable.
