Free US Shipping

We take care of our customers and include free Ground shipping for orders to the lower 48 states. We use USPS, Fedex and UPS depending on delivery location. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO the fee is $30 for orders under $250 and free shipping above $250. Orders are shipped within 1 business day.

Return Policy

We stand behind our ethically manufactured Made in USA products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Every purchase includes a 100 Night Sleep Trial to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within those 100 days for a full refund. International customers, as well as US customers in Alaska & Hawaii are responsible for any return shipping expenses. Orders outside of the 100 day window are ineligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team with your order number, condition of the products (unopened, new/opened, used) and reason for your return at customerservice@authenticity50.com

Authenticity 50 will provide a shipping label for you to return your purchase at our expense. If you do not get a response from our team please check your SPAM folder.

Damaged Items:
Products damaged or stained due to customer negligence are not eligible for the 100 Night Sleep Trial refund.

Sale Items:
Items purchased during a limited time sale are considered Final Sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of a product defect.
