We take care of our customers and offer free shipping for orders to the lower 48 states, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and APO. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day, and are delivered within 2-3 days of shipment. Please note, orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day. You can expect an automated email confirmation and tracking link once your order has shipped.
Carriers: We use USPS, DHL, and UPS depending on the delivery location and size of your order. Please note, we are not able to make any requests for a specific carrier.
International Customers: Authenticity50 currently ships to the contiguous states in the USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Army Post Offices, and to Canada. We do not currently offer shipping internationally beyond North America. Expedited and Express shipping fees are NOT eligible for refund.
If you are located in Canada, you will be responsible for any additional customs duties and tariffs charged by your local postal delivery service. Customers shipping to Canada, as well as those shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for any return shipping expenses including those under the 100 Night Sleep Trial. Please be sure to include a phone number with your shipping address when placing your order to expedite the processing of your order.
Is this a gift? We do not currently offer gift receipts but rest assured, no prices are shown on the packing list.
We stand behind our ethically manufactured, Made in USA products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Every purchase includes a 100 Night Sleep Trial to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within those 100 days for a full refund. International customers, as well as US customers in Alaska & Hawaii, are responsible for any return shipping expenses. Orders outside of the 100 day window are ineligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team with your order number, condition of the products (unopened, new/opened, used) and reason for your return at firstname.lastname@example.org. Authenticity50 will provide a shipping label for you to return your purchase at our expense. If you do not get a response from our team please check your SPAM folder.
We ONLY issue refunds to the original payment method - no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
