Yarn Spun in North Carolina

Our yarn is spun at a high-tech facility in North Carolina buy the largest buyer of American grown cotton in the world. They've continued to invest in America and USA manufacturing - they're the best of the best when it comes to yarn manufacturing.

Woven in the Carolinas

Our yarn is then shipped to a textile mill less than 100 miles away where it is woven into sheeting on some of the most advanced machinery in the United States. The mill has been family owned since the 1920’s and employs more than 300 people. 25% of their workforce has been with them for more than 25 years, and they are one of the last facilities in the US that can still weave wide sheeting fabric.

Sewn by Hand in New Jersey

After weaving, the sheeting fabric is finished at a facility that’s well versed in sewing sheeting. The finished fabric is cut and sewn at family-owned factory that is specially set up for Authenticity 50's high quality needs. They sew each sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover by hand - one at a time.
