REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our ethically manufactured Made in USA products and want you to be happy with your purchase. You receive a 100 Night Sleep Trial and if you are not happy with your product(s) please return them to us within those 100 days for a full refund. Orders outside of the 100 day window are ineligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team with your order number, condition of the products (unopened, new/opened, used) and reason for your return at customerservice@authenticity50.com.
Authenticity 50 will provide a shipping label for you to return your purchase at our expense. If you do not get a response from our team please check your SPAM folder.
Products damaged or stained due to customer negligence are not eligible for the 100 Night Sleep Trial refund.
We ONLY issue refunds to the original payment method - no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. If you have issued a chargeback on your order that order is no longer eligible for a refund or the 100 night sleep trial.
SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased during a limited time sale are considered Final Sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of a product defect.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Expedited and Express shipping fees are NOT eligible for refund.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
