Authenticity50 Celebrates HGTV Stars' Grand Opening!

It all began a few years ago, when the production team of HGTV’s hit show Fixer to Fabulous reached out to us with a special request. Impressed with our American-made home goods and mission, hosts Jenny and Dave Marrs wanted to include Authenticity50 in their newest renovation.

They were in the middle of transforming a historic home in Rogers, Arkansas, into The Welcome Inn. It was all documented on their spinoff series, Fixer to Fabulous: The Welcome Inn. And if you watched the show, you'll probably remember seeing Jenny hug our Custom Comfort Pillow! Guests staying at this gorgeous rental property enjoy all of our American-made products, and we're so grateful that they shared us with millions of viewers!

Since then, we’ve developed a great relationship with Jenny, Dave, and their team. Our latest collaboration? Marrs on Main!

 

A New Store with Some Familiar Favorites

While simultaneously filming the latest season of Fixer to Fabulous, Jenny and Dave were secretly hard at work constructing Marrs on Main, a brand-new 6,000 square-foot retail space in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. When their team asked to stock our Custom Comfort Pillows and Heritage Blankets, we immediately said yes!

Last month, A50 team members Steph and Elizabeth flew out to celebrate the big grand opening day with them. Despite severe thunderstorms and heavy rain (that nearly cancelled our flights), we had a great time catching up with Jenny & Dave, and touring the beautiful store in person. 

Thoughtfully designed, Marrs on Main is a warm, welcoming, and inviting space. Filled with the couple’s favorite home goods, you'll see artwork from local artists, antique pieces they've curated from around the world, and custom furniture built by Dave.

We had a blast hanging out with the whole team, seeing Authenticity50 blankets and pillows all around the store, and shopping all of Jenny's unique finds. With a fabulous selection of items, you'll discover gifts for everyone - including kids and pets!

Visiting other Marrs projects

While in town, we got VIP access to The Welcome Inn, where our whole journey with the Marrs crew began. We also visited Marrs Mercantile, a 1905 bank building which Jenny & Dave converted into their first retail space. The Mercantile carries our Heritage Blankets, and the renovation was featured on Fixer to Fabulous! We couldn't resist shopping for more goodies, and came back with quite the haul! 

 

Exploring NW Arkansas

Already planning a trip? We don’t blame you! This growing area is overflowing with historic charm. Here are some spots we loved in the area: Art fans will enjoy the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, a world-class art museum with unique architecture. History buffs can visit the Walmart Museum - and on the way out, be sure to grab ice cream from The Spark Cafe! If modern is your vibe, head to The Momentary for contemporary art, music, and a panoramic view of Bentonville! 

 

There are plenty of great spots for you foodies out there, including Oven & Tap and Tusk & Trotter - a personal fave of the Marrs family, which we enjoyed with them! If you’re looking for a caffeine kick, check out Onyx Coffee and Heroes Coffee for delish drinks and a fun ambiance.
